Payment Terms - At The Sacred Lounge Spa, we strive to make the payment process as smooth as possible for our clients. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Pay by Invoice. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if 24 hours' notice is given.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Delivery/Shipping Guidelines - For any products purchased through Sacred Lounge, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. We currently offer standard shipping within the U.S. only.
