Cancellation Policy
Deposits are transferable only if your appointment is canceled a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Same day cancelations will result in a 30% service fee in addition to forfeiting your deposit.
