Please note that this service is only available to returning clients whose last Brazilian appointment was within 5 weeks of the booking date. Book now for the ultimate in self-care and pampering.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no penalty. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred for appointments rescheduled prior to the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Appointment that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Fee: All clients are expected to be on time for their appointments and are provided with a 5-minute grace period for all hair removal services. Clients who are more than 5 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee and may have to reschedule which will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Exception: Deposits will be refunded if the appointment is canceled by The Sacred Lounge.
